Michael Clarke Duncan a Chicago born movie star who stared in movies like; The Green Mile, Sin City, Planet of the Apes, Armageddon, Talladega Nights, and The Whole Nine Yards has been reported dead on Monday the 3rd of September, 2012 in a Los Angeles hospital at the age of 54 years. The news of his death was confirmed after his personnel relations officer (PR) Joy Fehily released a statement after confirmation of his death from the actor’s fiancée, Omarosa Manigault a reality star.
Michael Clarke Duncan who was born on 10th December, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A to mother Jean Duncan and lived with his sister Judy Duncan in a single parent household where he grew up. He was famously known for is role in the movie The Green Mile as he played the role of John Coffey for which lead to his nomination as a Best Actor in a Supporting Role for an Academy Award and a Golden Globe. He also stared in a voice acting character in an animation picture movie Brother Bear and Delgo .He had suffered a cardiac arrest about two months ago and had undergone treatment before he died.
Michael Duncan initially worked as a body guard celebrities like; Will Smith, Martin Lawrence, Jamie Foxx, LL Cool J and Notorious B.I.G. He quit the job as a bodyguard after the death of celebrity star B.I.G in 1997. He later casted along side Bruce Willis in the famous movie Armageddon in 1998.
